Domestic Orders

Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards, international cards, net banking or cash on delivery. Please note that payments on will be accepted only in INR for domestic orders. In case of international credit cards, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges may apply based on your credit card policy.

International Orders

Payments for International Orders are accepted through PayPal Payment gateway either by your PayPal account or by using International credit/debit cards only. For orders being shipped outside India, the payment will be accepted only in US Dollars. For international orders, currency conversion rates will apply according to the prevailing exchange rates on the day of placing the order. If you are not comfortable making an online payment on, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method instead. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is INR 10,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted.
Currently Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards and Helmets are not available on COD.
NOTE : COD is not applicable for International Orders. As per the Indian Govt's rule, denominations of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 are deemed to be illegal tenders effective 9th November 2016. Therefore, these currency notes will not be accepted by our delivery personnel for any orders placed via COD as a payment option.

Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment provided by Titan where you can pay in cash upon the receipt of your product. We do not take any advance payment for COD orders.

We do not charge any extra amount for COD (Cash on delivery) service.

All the products featured on upto Rs. 10,000/- are available for COD, gift cards/gift vouchers are not available.

Currently, orders of cart value between INR 1000 to INR 10,000 for selected pin-code addresses within India are eligible for COD service.

No, you can place a maximum of 2 COD orders in a day.

Note: The total value of 2 orders should not exceed 20k.

Currently, we are serving selected pin codes for COD. Please check if we do COD to your PIN code on the product page/shopping cart page/checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

  • In the case of COD, the amount can be refunded either through cheque or online transfer as NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer). The mode of refund depends on the customer's choice:
    1. If the customer provides a cancelled cheque with the returned product then the refund can be made within 7-15 working days & the amount will be refunded directly into the customer's account through online transfer as NEFT.
    2. If the customer doesn't provide any cancelled cheque then the amount will be refunded through a cheque in the customer's name only, which will be sent by courier to the address provided by the customer at the time of registering/placing the order. It may take up to 30 working days.

Once the order is placed successfully, there will be a confirmation call from our support centre for validation of the order. If the confirmation call is unanswered we reserve the right to cancel the order. The order amount should be paid in full at the receipt of the product. The package can be opened only after making the payment. Please note that partial orders can't be delivered.

We will arrange for the pick-up of the unused item from the provided address through our logistic partner and arrange for the refund. For more details, refer to the Return Policy section.

You can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. We will arrange for the order to be collected from the provided address through our logistic partner and returned to us. We shall process the refund only after the receipt of the product at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which a refund may not be possible. The order can be returned within 30 days from the date you receive the product. The product can be easily picked up by our logistics partner.

Please use the e-mail ID used at the time of placing the order. The contact details of our logistic partner will be shared with you. You need to coordinate with them for return shipping and take the following steps:

a) Pack your order in original packaging and mention your name, order number and mobile number.

b) Lock the metal box using the orange lock that would be provided to you in the box itself. If the orange lock is not available, let us know, and we will send you the lock separately.

c) Enclose the original invoice, guarantee/warranty card & other tag, if any.

d) Our logistic partner will pick up the package from you.

e) Post inspection, only after we get a go-ahead from the QA (quality assurance) team, the refund process will be initiated.

For International Orders, currently, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of our products.

Please note that returns are not accepted for coins, silver products, and nose pins.

  • a) Products purchased from the Website may only be exchanged at Tanishq, Mia by Tanishq or Zoya stores. The exchange terms for Mia by Tanishq products purchased online are the same as those applicable for Tanishq products. Please visit your nearest Mia by Tanishq or Tanishq stores for more details.
  • b) Jewellery sold through any Tanishq / Mia by Tanishq / Zoya outlet or the respective brand websites, as applicable, will be accepted for exchange at the store, as per the prevailing terms and conditions of the exchange policy which is operated at the discretion of the Company.

All the Encircle points you have earned will remain as they are. You can redeem them at Titan stores or websites until they expire. Membership is voluntary and open to all Indian citizens above 18 years and with a valid Indian mobile number. The Titan Encircle membership is only for individual use and not for corporate purchases. The Titan Encircle membership is non-transferable. Offers/ benefits/ discounts offered to the Encircle member are limited to the respective individual only. These offers are not transferable to other Encircle member/ non-member. Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together.

  • On making a purchase at the above mentioned stores or e-commerce websites, you will be added to Titan Encircle as a Silver tier member.
  • During this process, a membership number will be assigned to you and your unique registered mobile number will be mapped against this membership number. When you return/change goods that you have purchased, the calculation of NuCoins to be debited will be done according to the rules of your tier when you made the purchase, not on the lowest tier.

Steps to Redeem:

Encircle Membership is valid for lifetime, customers do not have the option to deactivate membership. Even If a customer comes back to us after a long gap then also he will be recognized with the same old membership number provided the customer is using the encircle registered mobile number.

For all international orders, your cart value should be a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $10000. This is exclusive of all shipping and handling charges.

We charge $50 extra as shipping and handling charges for international destinations for all jewellery products. All products are dispatched on a "Delivery Duty Unpaid " (DDU) basis.
