Domestic Orders

Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards, international cards, net banking or cash on delivery. Please note that payments on www.miabytanishq.com will be accepted only in INR for domestic orders. In case of international credit cards, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges may apply based on your credit card policy.

International Orders

Payments for International Orders are accepted through PayPal Payment gateway either by your PayPal account or by using International credit/debit cards only. For orders being shipped outside India, the payment will be accepted only in US Dollars. For international orders, currency conversion rates will apply according to the prevailing exchange rates on the day of placing the order. NOTE : Indian issued cards will not be accepted for international orders.

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on www.tanishq.co.in, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method instead. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is INR 10,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted.
Currently Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards and Helmets are not available on COD.
NOTE : COD is not applicable for International Orders. As per the Indian Govt's rule, denominations of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 are deemed to be illegal tenders effective 9th November 2016. Therefore, these currency notes will not be accepted by our delivery personnel for any orders placed via COD as a payment option.

Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment provided by Titan where you can pay in cash upon the receipt of your product. We do not take any advance payment for COD orders.

We do not charge any extra amount for COD (Cash on delivery) service.

All the products featured on www.miabytanishq.com upto Rs. 10,000/- are available for COD, gift cards/gift vouchers are not available.

Currently, orders of cart value between INR 1000 to INR 10,000 for selected pin-code addresses within India are eligible for COD service.

No, you can place a maximum of 2 COD orders in a day.

Note: The total value of 2 orders should not exceed 20k.

Currently, we are serving selected pin codes for COD. Please check if we do COD to your PIN code on the product page/shopping cart page/checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

  • In the case of COD, the amount can be refunded either through cheque or online transfer as NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer). The mode of refund depends on the customer's choice:
    1. If the customer provides a cancelled cheque with the returned product then the refund can be made within 7-15 working days & the amount will be refunded directly into the customer's account through online transfer as NEFT.
    2. If the customer doesn't provide any cancelled cheque then the amount will be refunded through a cheque in the customer's name only, which will be sent by courier to the address provided by the customer at the time of registering/placing the order. It may take up to 30 working days.

Once the order is placed successfully, there will be a confirmation call from our support centre for validation of the order. If the confirmation call is unanswered we reserve the right to cancel the order. The order amount should be paid in full at the receipt of the product. The package can be opened only after making the payment. Please note that partial orders can't be delivered.

Question on Tokenization
Tokenisation refers to replacement of actual card details with an alternate code called the “token”, which shall be unique for a combination of card, token requestor (i.e. the entity which accepts request from the customer for tokenisation of a card and passes it on to the card network to issue a corresponding token) and device (referred hereafter as “identified device”).

Conversion of the token back to actual card details is known as de-tokenisation.

A tokenised card transaction is considered safer as the actual card details are not shared with the merchant during transaction processing.

The card holder can get the card tokenised by initiating a request on the app provided by the token requestor. The token requestor will forward the request to the card network which, with the consent of the card issuer, will issue a token corresponding to the combination of the card, the token requestor, and the device

The customer need not pay any charges for availing this service.

Tokenisation has been allowed on consumer devices like mobile phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, wearables (wrist watches, bands, etc.), Internet of Things (IoT) devices, etc, for all use cases / channels (e.g., contactless card transactions, payments through QR codes, apps etc.)

Tokenisation and de-tokenisation can be performed by the authorised card network or by the card issuer. The list of card networks authorised by RBI to operate in India is available on the RBI website at the link.

Normally, in a tokenised card transaction, parties / stakeholders involved are merchant, the merchant’s acquirer, token service provider (card payment network or card issuer), token requestor, issuer and customer. However, an entity, other than those indicated, may also participate in the transaction.

Actual card data, token and other relevant details are stored in a secure mode by the token service provider (card payment network or card issuer). Token requestor cannot store Primary Account Number (PAN), i.e., card number, or any other card detail. Card networks are also mandated to get the token requestor certified for safety and security that conform to international best practices / globally accepted standards.

No, a customer can choose whether or not to let his / her card tokenised.

Customers have the option to register / de-register their card for a particular use case, i.e., contactless, QR code based, in-app payments, etc.

The registration for a tokenisation request is done only with explicit customer consent through Additional Factor of Authentication (AFA), and not by way of a forced / default / automatic selection of check box, radio button, etc. Customer will also be given choice of selecting the use case and setting-up of limits

Customers have the option to set and modify per transaction and daily transaction limits for tokenised card transactions.

A customer can request for tokenisation of any number of cards. For performing a transaction, the customer shall be free to use any of the cards registered with the token requestor app.

All complaints should be made to the card issuers. Card issuers shall ensure easy access to customers for reporting loss of “identified device” or any other such event which may expose tokens to unauthorised usage.

Based on risk perception, etc., card issuers may decide whether to allow cards issued by them to be registered by a token requestor.

Yes, it is possible to return the unused product and order a replacement. Please refer to the Return Policy for details.

Please note that returns/replacements are not applicable for International Orders. Although there are a few exceptions. To know further about it kindly refer to the International Order section of Return Policy .

We will arrange for the pick-up of the unused item from the provided address through our logistic partner and arrange for the refund. For more details, refer to the Return Policy section.

In the unlikely event that the product delivered is in damaged condition, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. We will arrange for the order to be collected from the provided address through our logistic partner and returned to us. Please refer to the Return Policy section for details.

You can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. We will arrange for the order to be collected from the provided address through our logistic partner and returned to us. We shall process the refund only after the receipt of the product at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which a refund may not be possible. We will arrange for the return shipment to be collected and you do not need to make any payment for the courier.

You can return your order within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To place a return request, simply select the return option on the website. If you have placed your order through the Mia App, you can raise the return request directly through the Website.

Follow the simple steps below to ensure the return process is smooth and hassle-free.

a) Please pack the jewellery securely in its original inner packaging (jewellery box).

b) Our logistics partner will bring the branded outer polybag (cover) at the time of pickup. In the presence of the logistics partner, please seal the jewellery box using the tamper-proof sticker provided inside the box at the time of delivery. If the tamper-proof sticker is unavailable(which is highly unlikely), please inform us, and we will arrange to send one separately

c) Place the sealed jewellery box inside the polybag along with the original invoice, guarantee/warranty card, and any applicable tags.

d) Once the delivery partner collects the sealed polybag in your presence, please ensure you receive a soft copy of the return acknowledgement document.

e) The refund process will be initiated only after the product has been inspected and approved by our Quality Assurance (QA) team.

  • a) Products purchased from the Website may only be exchanged at Tanishq, Mia by Tanishq or Zoya stores. The exchange terms for Mia by Tanishq products purchased online are the same as those applicable for Tanishq products. Please visit your nearest Mia by Tanishq or Tanishq stores for more details.
  • b) Jewellery sold through any Tanishq / Mia by Tanishq / Zoya outlet or the respective brand websites, as applicable, will be accepted for exchange at the store, as per the prevailing terms and conditions of the exchange policy which is operated at the discretion of the Company.
  • c) The exchange program may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice. Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of the Company.

As part of the merger of the programs in April 2023, issuance of Encircle points was stopped and NeuCoins were issued. Customers with Encircle points balance were communicated a deadline of March 2025 for expiry of Encircle points. At present, no Encircle points are available or valid and customers can only earn/redeem NeuCoins. Your Encircle Tier will remain. You will be able to see it in the NeuPass program as a badge. So, if you have a gold tier in Encircle, it will reflect as a Titan Gold Badge in NeuPass.

The Titan Encircle membership is non-transferable. Offers/ benefits/ discounts offered to the Encircle member are limited to the respective individual only. Steps to Redeem:

Please note:

2. How can I know details regarding my NeuCoins?

To know your NeuCoins balance, you may visit the My Account section on Titan brand website/app. To get a more detailed information on your NeuCoins transactions you may access the NeuPass dashboard on the Tata Neu app/website.

3. How can I update/change my contact details?

You can contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] or call the toll-free number 1800-266-0123 between 10 AM and 10 PM on all days. This toll-free number is not applicable for international shipments.

4. How to deactivate/activate my Encircle account?

Encircle membership is lifetime and cannot be deactivated. Customers returning after a long gap will be identified with their original membership number, as long as they use their registered mobile number. In case of account deletion, you may contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] or call the toll-free number 1800-266-0123 between 10 AM and 10 PM on all days.


5. Are there any products which are excluded from Titan Encircle program?

Purchase of gold coins/bars & Gift cards are excluded from Titan Encircle program.

For all international orders, your cart value should be a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $10000. This is exclusive of all shipping and handling charges.

Payments are accepted through the PayPal Payment gateway either by your PayPal account or by using International credit/debit cards only. Payment will be received only in USD. Please note that cards (credit or debit) issued in India will not be accepted for any international orders.

We would like to inform the following steps need to be followed before reaching the payment gateway using your internationally issued credit card/debit card.

Our international shipping partner is UPS.

You will receive your order within 2-3 weeks after the confirmation of the order. An email confirmation will be sent to you, once your product is dispatched from our warehouse. Our logistic partner will get in touch with you once your product reaches its destination.

We charge $50 extra as shipping and handling charges for international destinations for all jewellery products. All products are dispatched on a "Delivery Duty Unpaid " (DDU) basis.

Currently, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of our products in case of international orders.
