Exchange Program Guidelines
Exchange Eligibility
- Any jeweller; any piece is acceptable if it’s gold
- All purities are accepted, e.g., 9KT, 14KT, 18KT, 22KT & 24KT
- We accept broken, bent, or damaged gold bangles, snapped chains, single earrings, etc.
- Coins and bars: subject to store policy
- Silver jewellery is not eligible for exchange
Valuation & Deductions
- Value based on live gold rate at time of exchange
- Purity determined by certified Karatmeter
- Making charges on old jewellery are not refunded
- Stones/embellishments are excluded from gold weight
- Final rate confirmed only after in-store assessment
Store & Redemption Rules
- Exchange redeemable at any Mia or Tanishq store
- Exchange value must be used in a single transaction
- PAN required for transactions above ₹2 lakh
- Exchange cannot be combined with certain offers
- Mia reserves the right to refuse gold exchange, but we're here to say 'yes' as often as we can!
